Course Overview
If you are looking to grow your career in the field of clinical research, this is an engaging, interactive course designed to provide you with the skills necessary to further your career in Clinical Project Management.
This course is designed to provide the participant with an introduction to Clinical Project Management. Basic skills of project managers, the different phases of project management, project management tools and other project management topics will be discussed.
Risk management techniques and a deep dive into the Affordable Care Act and its effect on Project Management will be examined. Additionally, there will be case study reviews to practice the skills obtained in the course. The course will conclude with an examination of the various career paths for Clinical Project Managers.

Pre-requisite
- All About Clinical Research Part A Course, Or;
- 12 months or more experience working in the clinical research industry with previous knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and/or ISO14155; OR;
- Currently working as a project manager
